Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: May 27, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs how you may use Broxy proxy services. It is part of the Terms of Service and applies to every account, IP, and session. Violations may result in immediate suspension, termination without refund, and where appropriate, reports to law enforcement or upstream providers.

3. Responsibility
You are solely responsible for everything you do through Broxy proxies. Sharing your credentials does not transfer your responsibility — if someone using your account violates this AUP, you are still liable.
4. Enforcement
We investigate every abuse report we receive in good faith. Depending on the severity, we may:
- Issue a warning and require corrective action
- Suspend the affected proxy or account pending investigation
- Terminate the account without refund
- Cooperate with law enforcement, including providing logs, billing information, and the IP from which the account was created (we do not log proxy payload content)
- Notify affected third parties or our upstream providers
5. Reporting Abuse
To report a violation of this AUP — including spam, attacks, or fraud originating from a Broxy IP — email abuse@broxy.ai with:
- The Broxy IP address involved (e.g., from your firewall or web logs)
- Date and time of the activity (with timezone)
- A description of what happened, and any evidence (logs, screenshots)
We will acknowledge legitimate reports within one business day.
6. Changes
