This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs how you may use Broxy proxy services. It is part of the Terms of Service and applies to every account, IP, and session. Violations may result in immediate suspension, termination without refund, and where appropriate, reports to law enforcement or upstream providers.

3. Responsibility

You are solely responsible for everything you do through Broxy proxies. Sharing your credentials does not transfer your responsibility — if someone using your account violates this AUP, you are still liable.

We investigate every abuse report we receive in good faith. Depending on the severity, we may:
