Terms of Service
Last updated: May 27, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you", "Customer") and Broxy ("Broxy", "we", "us") regarding the proxy services available at broxy.ai (the "Service"). By creating an account or purchasing a proxy, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Broxy resells dedicated residential proxy IPs sourced through licensed upstream providers. Each proxy you purchase is assigned to you for the duration of your billing period and may be used solely in accordance with these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy("AUP").
2. Account & Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
- Account information you provide must be accurate and current.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity under your account.
- One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free or trial account.
3. Billing, Taxes, and Renewals
- Pricing. Current pricing is displayed on broxy.ai. All prices are in U.S. Dollars unless stated otherwise. We may change pricing for future billing cycles upon notice.
- Sales tax. The price shown is the total charged. We do not currently collect sales tax, VAT, or GST at checkout; where a tax obligation applies, it is borne by Broxy.
- Renewals. Nothing auto-charges. Every order is a one-time payment for the term you select; when it ends the proxy is released unless you extend it from your account. We do not store a card for reuse. Per-gigabyte proxies can optionally auto-top-up from your prepaid Broxy credit balance — never from a card — and you can switch that off at any time.
- Failed payments. If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and may suspend or terminate your proxies until the balance is resolved.
- Refunds. Full refund within 3 days of purchase if the proxy has not been substantially used — and always if we fail to deliver. Per-gigabyte bundles are refundable while no more than 20% of the traffic has been used. See the refund policy for details. Refunds are processed via the original payment method.
4. Acceptable Use
Use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund. You are solely responsible for the data you route through Broxy proxies and for complying with all applicable laws.
5. No Warranty; SLA
We target 99.9% uptime, but the Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that any specific IP will work with any specific third-party site, or that proxy IPs will remain unblocked.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Broxy's total cumulative liability arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Broxy in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. In no event shall Broxy be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, even if advised of the possibility.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Broxy, its officers, employees, and upstream providers from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms or the AUP, or (c) your violation of any rights of a third party.
8. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or the AUP, or if required by law or our upstream providers. Upon termination your right to use the Service stops immediately; provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive will survive (e.g., Sections 5, 6, 7, 9, 10).
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Disputes shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or by posting an updated version with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
