US state and city, in the metro areas listed — verified on live exits.
A sticky address is held for up to 2 hours. On this pool the network replaces a sticky address after at most 2 hours, even while it is in use. The next one is drawn in the place you pinned. If one address has to last longer than that, choose another home-broadband pool or a monthly ISP proxy.

Mobile 4G/5G · Standard
US state, city AND mobile carrier — verified on live exits.
Web traffic only — ports 80 and 443. Anything over http:// or https:// goes through normally, which is every website and web app — Facebook, Gmail and Outlook included. Software that dials its own port instead will not connect: mail clients over SMTP or IMAP, SSH, game servers and custom TCP tools.
The carrier decides when the address changes. You keep one address while the carrier holds it. When the carrier moves you to a new one you stay in the state you pinned, if you pinned one. We do not promise how long an address lasts — if you need one that stays put for weeks, buy a monthly ISP proxy.
Not here: datacenter proxies. They are sold by country only, so none can be pinned to California.
City targeting
Cities you can pin in California
The Precision and Metro pools pin cities, each from its own live list. Cities with a page of their own link to it; the rest open the order page set to that city.
Precision
On the Precision pool, from $5.99 for 1 GB — the price of a California-wide address on that pool.
San Jose, San Francisco and other California cities
San Jose, San Francisco and Fresno can’t be pinned as a city today. A California-wide residential or mobile address can, and so can Los Angeles and San Diego.
On the Precision pool you can pin one, with or without a city — checkout checks the combination against the live list first, and pinning one does not change the price.

FAQ
Questions about California proxies
Can I get a proxy pinned to California?
Yes — residential traffic on the Standard, Precision and Metro pools, and mobile traffic on the Mobile 4G/5G · Standard pool. You pick California when you order, and checkout checks it against the pool’s live list before you pay, charging nothing if it is no longer offered. A monthly static residential address can be pinned to California too.
Can I pick a city in California?
Yes, on the Precision and Metro pools, for the California cities they list today — they are listed on this page, Los Angeles and San Diego among them. San Jose, San Francisco and Fresno are not on those lists today, so they can’t be pinned as a city; a California-wide residential or mobile address can.
Can I choose the home carrier in California?
Yes, on the Precision pool, with or without a city. In California right now it lists Atnt Enterprises Llc, AT&T Internet, Charter Communications Inc, Comcast, Comcast Cable Communications Llc, Cox, Frontier, Spectrum, Verizon Business and Wyyerd Fiber. Checkout checks the exact combination against the live list before you pay, and pinning one does not change the price.
What if an address comes out outside California?
Before you see the credentials, the address is tested through your own proxy. One that comes out outside California, or that either of two public databases flags as a proxy or hosting address, is thrown away and another is drawn, free, up to 10 times; if none passes, the order is refunded.
Is there a monthly fee?
No. Traffic bought by the gigabyte is pay as you go: no monthly fee, the traffic does not expire while the proxy is alive, and you top it up when you run low. The monthly plans on this page are the other way to pay: one address, rented by the month.
Sticky or rotating — which should I pick?
Sticky keeps one address for as long as the home line behind it stays up — typically hours — which suits logged-in accounts. On Metro, a sticky address is held for up to 2 hours and then replaced. Rotate on a timer gives you a new address every 1 to 60 minutes, and new IP each request changes it on every connection, for bulk collection. With California pinned, each new address is drawn in California. You choose on the order page, and the choice does not change the price.
Can I get a California address that never changes?
Yes. A monthly static residential (ISP) address pinned to California keeps the same IP for the whole month — on the Dedicated plan, listed above with its price.
Can I buy a datacenter proxy in California?
No. Datacenter proxies are sold by country only, so none can be pinned to California — or to any other state.
